How do I access the Salesforce Portal?

REGISTER HERE before trying to submit an application, or follow instructions HERE

  • Note: Within 1-2 business days of registering you will receive an email confirmation from staff and login information. Link expires after 72 hrs. 

I have not received my email confirmation with account login

Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder in your inbox. If nothing is found, please contact us for support. 

I registered but I can't login

Use the correct link to login HERE and enter the email you used to register and the password you created. 

  • If you are still unable to login, please try resetting your password. 
  • If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us for support.

How do I check the status of my application? 

Log in to your account through the Applicant Portal and follow instructions listed HERE. If you would like to know more details about your permit or license application please contact Community Development. 

How do I schedule and inspection?

First you need to identify whether your permit got submitted online or on paper form. Then continue HERE to access instructions on scheduling an inspection. 

Can I Submit Land Use Applications in Salesforce?

This process is coming soon, please contact Community Development for process information.

Why are pages taking too long to load when I try to log into the Applicant Portal?

Salesforce is runs best using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and we highly recommend you use any of them as your browser. Also, do not attempt to access the Applicant Portal from a mobile device, as this capability is not ready and enhanced yet.
