"At the November 2010 election, a question was put to the voters about amending the City of Aspen Home Rule Charter by adding the following subsection to section 4.10:


(h) Whenever an ordinance is required to be published in full or by title pursuant to this Article IV of the Aspen Home Rule Charter, it may be made by posting the same on the City’s internet website or successor website. Said publication shall be made available for viewing by the public for a minimum of 30 days.

This Charter question was approved by 65% of the electorate. Entire ordinances will be posted on this site and you my access them by choosing the number of the ordinance in the first box in the first column of the table provided on this page."
