Manage Your Bill
Paperless Billing for Our Utility Customers
The City of Aspen offers a paperless billing option to its residents for utility services. To avoid receiving a paper bill delivered via postal mail, you may sign up to receive your monthly utility bill online.
Complete the online enrollment form to sign up. Paperless billing allows you to be environmentally friendly and eliminates the delay of sending the paper bill through the mail. The monthly bill will be created and emailed to the email address you designate. It will look identical to the paper bill you would normally receive in the mail.
If you have immediate questions, please call 970-920-5030.

The following are our three payment options, other than the traditional mail-in payment or in person payment of cash or check at the Finance Window at City Hall.
Auto Pay / Automatic Payment Program
On the monthly due date, the City of Aspen will contact your bank and automatically deduct the payment from your account. With this option, you do not pay any convenience fees to your bank. You will continue to receive bills in the mail that tell you the amount due.
Automatic payment should begin the next billing statement; keep paying your bill until your statement reflects that you are using auto pay. Enrolling in Auto Pay / Automatic Payment Program
One Time Credit Card Payment
Pay from any computer using Visa or MasterCard with Online Payments as often as you like. BankServ will charge a convenience fee of 2.5% the transaction amount. We do not accept American Express. Make online payment.
One Time E-Check From Checking or Savings Account
We use the strongest type of encryption so that your information is privacy protected and secure.
