New Permitting System 

Our new permit management system started July 2nd 2019.  To start the registration process you will need to sign in to get system access.

New 2019 Construction Mitigation Plan Requirements

Before submitting a CMP, you must complete and successfully pass the online CMP training course. Your training course certificate must be attached to the submitted CMP.

Utility Development Review Fees

We recently completed an audit of our utility development review fees and have discovered we will need to collect additional fees on those permits where we under collected.  If this applies to your permit, you will be contacted directly.
