Aspen, Colorado – October 3, 2018 –  The City of Aspen and the Community Office for Resource Efficiency (CORE) are offering free home energy efficiency assessments to the first 50 Aspen residents to sign up during the month of October. Both homeowners and renters are eligible.

A home energy assessment includes a walkthrough to determine how your home uses energy and evaluates the best areas for efficiency upgrades. The assessment also includes free quick fixes like LED lightbulb changes. Participants will receive a report suggesting upgrades that will help lower utility bills and reduce energy waste.
