King Street Infrastructure Improvements Construction
Reminder: Construction activities for the King Street Improvements Project begin today Wednesday, April 10. Click here to see the latest project fact sheet. Crews will begin by milling the asphalt roadway starting at the west entrance to King Street an moving east to the low point in the road (where the pooling occurs). After milling a two-inch layer of asphalt will remain for the driving surface until paving operations occur in May.
Traffic control will be in the area during milling operations. The west entrance to King Street will be closed and motorists will access the road via the east entrance (from Gibson Ave or Park Ave). Street parking will be closed intermittently for durations throughout the project. Please follow signage and flagger instructions

Neale Avenue Road Closure
Following milling and utility work for King Street Construction, a temporary closure of Neale Avenue from Queen St. to Gibson Ave. will be required daily Monday, April 15 through Wednesday, April 17. The road will be closed 7:30 AM-5:30 PM and opened back up overnight. Access to Queen Street will remain open via Main Street. This closure will be to allow for excavation and tie-in for new stormwater infrastructure into the existing system.
Spring and Main Street Improvements Construction
Construction activities for the Spring and Main Street Intersection Improvements Project begin on Monday, April 15. Click here to see the latest project fact sheet. Intermittent parking closures will be required along Spring Street and Main Street, but will remain open when possible. It is anticipated that limited lane closures will be required, but at least one lane with remain open in both directions (east/west) on Main Street. Periodic detours for this intersection may be required including periodic alternating one-way traffic on N. Spring Street and detours via Original Street. Pedestrian and business access will remain open. Follow construction signage.

Rio Grande Place Road Closure and Parking Garage Access
Reminder: Rio Grande Pl. is closed from N. Mill St. to west of the Rio Grande parking garage entrance (north/lower entrance) on Rio Grande Pl. Access to the parking garage will remain open via N. Mill Street (west/upper entrance) and via N. Spring Street to Rio Grande Pl. (north/lower entrance). Click here to view map.
Annual Concrete Improvements
Construction on annual concrete improvements is underway. Crews are currently working on ADA ramp improvements at Hopkins and Monarch and will be at that location for approximately two weeks.
