Important BUILDING PERMIT Updates!!!
Migrating Permits Into Salesforce: Do you have a building permit that was applied for/issued before July 29, 2019? Do you have sub-permits associated with those master permits? If so, between now and the end of the year, we will be converting your permit over to our new permits management system, Salesforce.
What do you need to do? If you haven’t already registered in Salesforce, please do so now by clicking on this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SFNewUser. You must be registered in Salesforce in order to complete the processing of your permit, e.g., requesting inspections. You will receive an email letting you know when your permit has been converted. Until that time, please continue to work with us just as you always have.
